This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional, and staff service was top-notch. the beautiful rooftop infinity pool and sun terrace offered stunning city views. the spa centre was superb, and massage treatments were relaxing. the buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfied our special dietary requirements. the central and well-located position made it easy to explore the best areas of the city on foot. the private facilities were outstanding.

One minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was only available during the day, and we wished it had been possible to use it at night. Nevertheless, this hotel was an outstanding venue that exceeded our expectations at every turn.

From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with a glass of cava at reception and given a thorough tour of our room. The staff, especially Alonso, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He arranged taxis for us and even provided valuable advice for attending a football game. The room itself was pristine, with a comfortable bed and blackout blinds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The daily restocking of the complimentary mini bar was a pleasant surprise. And let's not forget the rooftop bar - the views of the city were absolutely amazing. our stay was nothing short of amazing.

Rooms were clean with a modern aesthetic, coupled with great housekeeping service. Buffet breakfast had substantial options, including hot and cold selections. The rooftop bar and pool were relaxing and peaceful.

There were inconsistencies with staff service reported in the restaurant, taking long periods to receive bar food order and some staff with an off-putting attitude.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during New Year's Eve! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a VIP. The location was perfect, with key attractions and amenities just a short walk away. Plus, the rooftop bar had a fine view of the cityscape, creating the perfect atmosphere to celebrate the new year.

As young holiday goers, we loved the refreshing rooftop pool and the attentive staff. The breakfast offered a great variety of local and continental dishes. The hotel's location in the Gothic Quarter was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The small touches like the complimentary lemon water in the lobby made us feel special and appreciated. The freshly refurbished property and the helpfulness of the hotel staff were also standout features. We greatly enjoyed the complimentary coffees and teas in our room.
